• If you fail in your certification by preparing your exam with our material; you will need to send us your failed exam scanned copy as JPEG / PDF to itsolexpert@yahoo.com. Upon receiving the copy; you will be refunded same day.

Refund will not be granted after 60 days of purchase date.
